Born in Banjarmasin, Winarman Halim began his self build entrepreneurial journey as a HINO Authorized Dealer for the South Kalimantan. In 1998, he expanded his business by establishing a truck rental company to serve the growing coal mining and plantation sectors in the region.

Over the years, Winarman diversified his ventures, recruiting professionals to develop businesses in coal mining, coal trading and shipping operations. Between 2009 and 2010, he further expanded by acquiring a multi-finance company in Jakarta, opening a HINO dealership in East Kalimantan, and founding a truck body manufacturer in Tangerang, Banten.

To manage and support these expanding businesses, he established PT Mitra Cakrawala International (MCI) in 2010 as a holding company that consolidating, providing guidance, and oversight to the companies he had built since 1996.

He envisioned the group growing on the international horizon with partners. This embodies his belief in the power of strong alliances to drive sustainable growth globally based on international best practices.

She has built a distinguished career in corporate governance, marked by her significant contributions across various sectors within the MCI Group. She began her journey as a Commissioner at MCI Dealership in 2006, where her keen insights and leadership played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. In 2017, she expanded her responsibilities by joining the MCI Group as a Commissioner, overseeing strategic initiatives across multiple business units. Most recently, in 2024, she was appointed as Commissioner of PT OMJ, further solidifying her reputation as a key figure in the industry.

Her solid foundation in economics, earned through her Bachelor's degree from Widya Mandala University, has been instrumental in shaping her approach to leadership and decision-making.

Appointed as President Director and Group CEO of the company in 2024. He brings over 35 years of experience marked by significant achievements in various industries.

Previously served as Director and Chief Operating Officer of the mining value chain at PT ABM Investama Tbk (2019-2024), where he tripled operations in five years, contributing to 90% of the company's financials.

His prior roles include President Director of PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (2019-2021), CFO at PT ABM Investama Tbk (2014-2019), Chief Strategic Officer at PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (2012-2014), CFO at PT Trada Maritime Tbk (2008-2012), Vice President of PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara (2001-2008), and Member of the Board & Chief Advisor at AceS International Ltd. (2006-2009).

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA (1993), and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Padjajaran (1989). In 2018, he completed an Executive Education program on Leadership at the London School of Economics (LSE).

Has more than 34 years of experience. He started his career in the banking industry (Lippobank / Bank Niaga) for 14 years, before joining MCI Group in 2004. Currently serves as Director and Chief Sustainability & Corporate Affairs Officer at MCI.

He holds a Doctorate in Management from Airlangga University and a Master’s degree in Notarial Law from Pelita Harapan University (UPH). He has also completed executive education programs in Governance and Risk Management at the Governance Institute of Australia in Sydney, and Strategic Management at the National University of Singapore Business School.

In addition to his executive roles, he is an active academic, serving as an associate professor at the Business School of Pelita Harapan University. He believes that the key to successfully implementing sustainability principles lies in embracing diversity and being adaptive to people, processes, and technology. His commitment to these principles underscores his leadership and contribution.

Appointed as the Chief Human Capital Officer in 2024. His extensive experience in leadership, corporate services, and finance roles across various industry will bring significant change and contribute meaningfully to the organization's growth and success.

He has held several key leadership positions. He served as Director of PT UI Corpora (2020-2024) - a holding company owned by The University of Indonesia, Director of Corporate Support Services at PT ABM Investama Tbk (2009-2019), Country Manager at PT D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) Indonesia (2007-2009), Operation Director of AXA Mandiri (2004-2007), and Finance Director of John Hancock Indonesia (2000-2004).

Graduated from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Economics in 1986, and a Master of Economics in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, in 1992.

Appointed as Chief Transformation Officer in 2024. Has over 20 years experience as professional across the industry.

He served as Chief Project Officer at PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (2023-2024), Head of Strategy Initiative and Management Office, Mining Value Chain at PT ABM Investama Tbk (2019-2023), and Office of Strategy Management Manager at PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (2017-2019). He also held positions as Business Process Improvement Manager at PT Tunas Inti Abadi (2010-2017), Quality & Best Practices Executive at PT DHL Global Forwarding (2008-2010). He held several positions in Finance Tax and Accounting, Operation, Business Process and Management System during his career at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (2001-2008).

Earned his Bachelor's degree in Economic Management from Widyatama University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at IPB University - School of Business.

Appointed as Chief Human Capital Officer in 2022. Previously served as Director of General Affairs & HR at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk from 2017 to 2022.

He began his career at Semen Baturaja in 1998 and was Commissioner at PT Baturaja Daya Insani from 2018 to 2022. He served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for the Semen Baturaja Employee Pension Fund (2017 - 2023). His notable achievements include contributing to the IPO team of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk.

With over 25 years of experience, his expertise is in HR, legal, corporate secretary, risk management, CSR, and procurement. Also, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of PP PBSI, demonstrating his broad dedication across various fields.

He holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law, both from Sriwijaya University.

Appointed as Operational Director since 2015. He has more than 16 years of experience in several industries, including PT Varia Intra Finance, PT Mandiri Finance Indonesia, PT Surya Darma Perkasa (Hartono Rent Car), and PT Sukanda Djaya (Diamond Cold Storage).

He held several positions within the corporate groups, including Department Head of Financial Services, and Operational Division Head.

Graduated from Tarumanagara University with a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting (2006) and a Masters in Financial Economics (2011). He also received his Masters of Law from Pelita Harapan University in 2020. He obtained an Assessor Competency certificate from BNSP in 2023.

Appointed as Risk and Compliance Director of SG Finance since 2021. He has more than 20 years of experience in several industries.

Started his career as an Audit Staff at KAP Arthur Andersen (1999). He then moved to PT Cipendawa Agroindustri as Finance Manager (2002). He was then appointed as Assistant Account Officer – Account Officer – Relationship Manager at PT Bank International Indonesia, Tbk (2005). He also served as Senior Risk Analyst – Business Risk Analyst Department Head – Head of Financing Department I – Expert Staff Functional at PT Indonesia Eximbank (2009-2020).

He received a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Trisakti University in 1998.
