She has built a distinguished career in corporate governance, marked by her significant contributions across various sectors within the MCI Group. She began her journey as a Commissioner at MCI Dealership in 2006, where her keen insights and leadership played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. In 2017, she expanded her responsibilities by joining the MCI Group as a Commissioner, overseeing strategic initiatives across multiple business units. Most recently, in 2024, she was appointed as Commissioner of PT OMJ, further solidifying her reputation as a key figure in the industry.

Her solid foundation in economics, earned through her Bachelor's degree from Widya Mandala University, has been instrumental in shaping her approach to leadership and decision-making.

Born in Banjarmasin, Winarman Halim began his self build entrepreneurial journey as a HINO Authorized Dealer for the South Kalimantan. In 1998, he expanded his business by establishing a truck rental company to serve the growing coal mining and plantation sectors in the region.

Over the years, Winarman diversified his ventures, recruiting professionals to develop businesses in coal mining, coal trading and shipping operations. Between 2009 and 2010, he further expanded by acquiring a multi-finance company in Jakarta, opening a HINO dealership in East Kalimantan, and founding a truck body manufacturer in Tangerang, Banten.

To manage and support these expanding businesses, he established PT Mitra Cakrawala International (MCI) in 2010 as a holding company that consolidating, providing guidance, and oversight to the companies he had built since 1996.

He envisioned the group growing on the international horizon with partners. This embodies his belief in the power of strong alliances to drive sustainable growth globally based on international best practices.

Has more than 34 years of experience. He started his career in the banking industry (Lippobank / Bank Niaga) for 14 years, before joining MCI Group in 2004. Currently serves as Director and Chief Sustainability & Corporate Affairs Officer at MCI.

He holds a Doctorate in Management from Airlangga University and a Master’s degree in Notarial Law from Pelita Harapan University (UPH). He has also completed executive education programs in Governance and Risk Management at the Governance Institute of Australia in Sydney, and Strategic Management at the National University of Singapore Business School.

In addition to his executive roles, he is an active academic, serving as an associate professor at the Business School of Pelita Harapan University. He believes that the key to successfully implementing sustainability principles lies in embracing diversity and being adaptive to people, processes, and technology. His commitment to these principles underscores his leadership and contribution.

Julfi Hadi is an energy expert with over 30 years of experience in the renewable sector, particularly geothermal power.

His professional foundation is built upon a solid academic background, holding a Bachelor and Master of Science in Geology from the University of Texas, USA (1988 & 1991). In carrying out his master’s education, he succeeded in obtaining an award from the Geological Society of America South Central Section for his thesis work. He began his career as an Exploration Geologist and received the Best Earth Scientist Award from the University of Auckland, Geothermal Institute (1998). In 2022, he completed the Senior Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business Corporate Learning.

Julfi has successfully executed numerous major project acquisitions and developed effective, well-targeted strategies, tariff adjustments, and field expansions. He has played a key role in several significant geothermal projects, including Darajat Units 2 & 3 resulted the best well average output in the world at the time (18 MW/Well); Wayang Windu Unit-2 (110 MW) resulted highest productivity drilling average in the world (23 MW/Well); the IJEN Project (2 x 30 MW); and Sarulla Operation Ltd. (3 x 110 MW). He demonstrated his strategic financial acumen by successfully leading PGEO’s landmark IDR 9.05 trillion Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023.

Throughout his career, he has held pivotal leadership roles across major energy organisations, including serving as President Director at PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (2023–2026) and Chairman at the Indonesia Geothermal Association (2023–present). His extensive track record also includes SVP of Geothermal Assets at PT Medco Power Indonesia (2019–2023), President Director of PT Medco Cahaya Geothermal (2019–2023), Board of Director at PT Sarulla Operation Ltd. (2019–2023), Managing Director of PT Hitay Energy Holdings (2015–2023), Vice President of Explorations and Subsurface at PT Supreme Energy Corporation (2008–2015), Senior Manager of Subsurface Engineering at Star Energy (2006–2007), and Team Manager of Chevron Texaco Energy
Indonesia (2003–2004).

With over 30 years of experience across the oil, gas, and geothermal sectors, he began his career in 1993 as a reservoir engineer at Maxus S.E.S Inc., later transitioning into geothermal energy with Amoseas Indonesia (Chevron Texaco Co).

Following his tenure at Chevron, he has held key leadership roles at Supreme Energy as Senior Manager of Exploration Production Technology, and at Star Energy Geothermal Indonesia as Chief Reservoir & Production Engineering and Vice President of Subsurface Engineering, where he led subsurface teams, secured major geothermal assets, optimized field development, and technology & innovation. He later served as a strategic advisor for geothermal projects at Accenture.

Graduated in Petroleum Engineering from UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta in 1993, he earned the prestigious Mitsubishi Award as best student at the Geothermal Institute, the University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 1999 and completed executive education at INSEAD Singapore.

Appointed as Operational Director since 2015. He has more than 16 years of experience in several industries, including PT Varia Intra Finance, PT Mandiri Finance Indonesia, PT Surya Darma Perkasa (Hartono Rent Car), and PT Sukanda Djaya (Diamond Cold Storage).

He held several positions within the corporate groups, including Department Head of Financial Services, and Operational Division Head.

Graduated from Tarumanagara University with a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting (2006) and a Masters in Financial Economics (2011). He also received his Masters of Law from Pelita Harapan University in 2020. He obtained an Assessor Competency certificate from BNSP in 2023.

Appointed as Chief Human Capital Officer in 2022. Previously served as Director of General Affairs & HR at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk from 2017 to 2022.

He began his career at Semen Baturaja in 1998 and was Commissioner at PT Baturaja Daya Insani from 2018 to 2022. He served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for the Semen Baturaja Employee Pension Fund (2017 - 2023). His notable achievements include contributing to the IPO team of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk.

With over 25 years of experience, his expertise is in HR, legal, corporate secretary, risk management, CSR, and procurement. Also, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of PP PBSI, demonstrating his broad dedication across various fields.

He holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law, both from Sriwijaya University.

He has over 29 years of experience at PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), including 9 years as an Operation Division Head and 8 years as a Project Manager across various business units.

His expertise lies in project management, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement to achieve project targets, including production volume, cost efficiency, and EBITDA. He also excels in handling internal and external challenges, particularly in leading new project developments in district areas.

He holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management from Sahid University Jakarta and a Bachelor’s in Law from Yos Sudarso University Surabaya.

Felik Benny Buddi Dharma is a professional with over 30 years of experience in marketing and operational management. He began his career in 1995 as a Marketing professional and Chief Logistic at PT Kao Indonesia, where he worked for 10 years. In 2005, he transitioned to PT Prima Multi Andalaguna as a Superintendent of Administrative Operations, further expanding his expertise.

In 2008, he joined PT Prima Energi Multi Trading as an Operational Manager, rising to General Manager by 2010. His leadership continued at PT Binuang Mitra Bersama Blok Dua, where he served as Port Manager in 2016. Currently, he holds directorial roles at MCI Shipping (since 2021) and PT Antaraja Energi Asia (since 2019), showcasing his strategic vision and executive capabilities.

Felik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management (2004) and a Master’s in Management (2013), both from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia.
