MCI recently held a management meeting to evaluate the company’s performance during the second semester of 2024. Under the theme “Focus Forward: 2025 Plan,” this work meeting reaffirmed the company’s commitment to advancing and innovating to achieve major targets in 2025.
The event, held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, was attended by the entire management team and strategic leaders from various MCI business units.
In his opening remarks, MCI’s President Director, Winarman Halim, stated: “We are currently facing many dynamics, where global and domestic challenges have placed immense pressure on our industry. However, we should be proud because, with the hard work and commitment of our team, MCI has not only managed to endure but is also ready to move forward even further.”
Following the opening speech, the event continued with presentations from each business unit, including MCI Mining, MCI Shipping, MCI Dealership, MCI Financial Services, and MCI Renewables.
The main agenda of this meeting included performance evaluations through presentations of target achievements and challenges faced by all business units, as well as setting the primary goals to be achieved in the next five years.
Anthony Halim, Director and Chief Transformation Officer, emphasized the importance of collaboration by stating, “From now on, we must prioritize teamwork and solid collaboration. With open communication and a spirit of togetherness, no challenge will be too great for us to overcome.”
The meeting concluded with a declaration of shared commitment from all business units to realize the company’s grand vision for 2025. The vision established during this event is expected to become a strong foundation for facing future challenges with confidence and optimism.
