As part of its ongoing efforts to raise awareness about the importance of health in the workplace, MCI launched a health initiative by providing “free medical check-up” for employees at its two headquarter locations, Jakarta and Banjarmasin, on September 22, 2025.
This programme was organised as part of the company’s commitment to promoting a culture of healthy living, while ensuring that employees’ health conditions are monitored regularly.

Through this initiative, employees had the opportunity to undergo basic health screenings, including blood pressure, blood sugar tests, cholesterol screening, and personalised consultations with medical professionals.
The medical check-ups were conducted in an orderly, phased manner at each office, met with high enthusiasm by employees. From the early morning, the examination areas had been filled with participants eager to make use of the opportunity.
MCI management considers employee health to be one of the primary foundations for the company’s sustainability and productivity.

Beyond the medical assessments, the event also served as an educational space for employees regarding healthy lifestyles, including the importance of sufficient physical activity and stress management amidst work routines.
Through these medical check-ups, the company hopes that every employee will gain a better understanding of their personal health and be motivated to adopt healthier habits in their daily lives.
This initiative is part of MCI’s steps towards creating a work environment that is not only productive, but also healthy and sustainable.
